Who we are

Numscii is a boutique product design and engineering studio. Our contact details are listed at the bottom of this page.

What information we collect

We collect only the information you provide voluntarily through our contact form:

• >Your name
• >Your email address
• >Your company or product name (optional)
• >Project details: project type, budget range, timeline, and your message

We do not collect any information automatically beyond what our analytics service reports in aggregate (see section 4).

Why we collect it

We collect contact form submissions solely to respond to project inquiries. We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

Third-party services

We use two third-party services that may receive limited data:

• >Resend (resend.com): handles transactional email delivery. When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, and message are passed to Resend to deliver the email to our inbox. Resend processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not store your submission data separately from the email it generates.
• >Vercel Analytics: provides privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. It does not use cookies, does not track individuals, and does not build user profiles. It collects aggregate traffic signals such as page views and referrer information. No personally identifiable information is collected or shared by this service.

Data retention

Contact form submissions exist as emails in our inbox. We retain these for up to two years from the date of receipt, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. We do not maintain a separate database of submissions.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except as described in section 4 above (Resend email delivery and Vercel Analytics).

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@numscii.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
